VENUES

CABN has contacted a wide range of Venues across the Borders and collated information in order to promote these venues and also to support those planning tours in the region.  Information includes:  Main Contact, Capacity, Equipment & Facilities etc. and this can be obtained by request from Kay.McCluskey@liveborders1.org.uk  or 01450 360 441

Some Borders Venues are also listed on the Federation of Scottish Theatre website here http://www.scottishtheatres.com/touring/

Borders LIVE Touring (BLT) works with community based halls and venues to bring affordable local and national professional companies producing high quality theatre, dance and music to the Scottish Borders.  The scheme offers subsidies to reduce financial risk and supports predominantly volunteer promoters by working together to maket live performances, offering training and networking opportunities both locally and nationally.

Borders LIVE Touring is a pilot project launched in October 2014 and has worked with 30 local venues and hopes to continue beyond June 2016.
