Sharon is a strategic arts leader and consultant with over 25 years' experience in the arts and cultural sector. Formerly Director of Creative Learning at The Lyceum, she has worked with organisations including the BBC, Creative Scotland, and several local authorities, as well as running her own theatre company for seven years delivering community drama projects across Yorkshire and the Central Belt. Her freelance consultancy practice now supports organisations with project management, governance, funding, safeguarding and organisational change, alongside contributions to national policy and sector advocacy. Sharon's background spans creative learning, project management, dramatherapy, and teaching, and she continues to champion the arts as transformational, with the power to change lives and build cultural legacy. Sharon brings creativity, humour, and vision to every project, thriving on building platforms for systemic change and spaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired.

CABN – Catalyst for Engagement
Jane grew up and went to school in The Scottish Borders where she was a founding member of Borders Youth Theatre, an experience which set her on a career path of theatre, film and community arts. Jane attended Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh where she studied Theatre and went on to work with arts organisations across Scotland. Jane was a Producer at Alchemy Film & Arts and recently graduated with an MA in Arts and Social Practice at the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Aidan Nicol

SUP Regional Project Manager
CABN is currently hosted by Southern Uplands Partnership. SUP Development Manager.
 
Aidan has experience from 12 years working within the cultural sector, at national and local scale, across multi-artform delivery, rural arts development and within the screen industries. 
 
She is engaged within the Borders creative networks through her role managing arts and culture projects at SUP and is currently Co-Chair of national film organisation Take One Action.
 
Aidan works on CABN 1 day a week.
