CABN UPDATE June 2021

CABN Avatar FB White

As Live Borders are reopening services and bringing staff and customers back safely in a phased approach and the CABN team – Mary and Emily – are now back at work in their home offices and gradually restarting the CABN communications and programme of support.

We are keen to engage and you’ll start to see our ebulletins and sharing of news and opportunities through social media and our website.

We are starting to plan ahead, and want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to respond to the recent CABN Survey: Impacts of Coronavirus and Support Needs. Your input was invaluable and has helped us reshape our work plan in order to focus on some areas identified as important to you. These include digital skills and a strong focus on peer exchange and support. It is clear that Covid has been, and continues to be a massive challenge to the sector, yet it was heartening to read that despite the incredible difficult situation many businesses found themselves in, some found new opportunities and ways of working which have fed into their longer term business plans and creative practice.

It’s good to be back!

Mary and Emily
