Help Shape the Future of CABN – Become a Member Today
At CABN (Creative Arts Business Network), we believe that the future of creativity in the Scottish Borders should be shaped by the people who live and work here. That’s why we’re inviting you to become a CABN member—a free and meaningful way to support, influence, and co-create what CABN becomes.
Why Join the CABN Membership?
CABN membership is free and open to anyone who shares our vision of supporting the professional creative sector in the Scottish Borders.
As a member, you’ll:
-
Have a voice in CABN’s direction
-
Be eligible to vote on board members (when the time comes)
-
Be part of a group that can be consulted on major decisions
Membership is entirely optional and doesn’t require you to attend meetings or vote—though you’ll have those opportunities if you wish.

Membership vs. Subscription – What’s the Difference?
You can still subscribe to our bulletin, attend events, and use CABN services without becoming a member. But if you want to help guide our future, membership is the way to do it.
What Are CABN’s Aims?
CABN exists to strengthen the professional creative sector in the Scottish Borders. Our core aims include:
-
Running a central hub for creative opportunities, events, and sector news via our newsletter, website, and social channels
-
Providing a mentoring scheme with 1:1 support from art-form specialists
-
Hosting events, networking, and skills workshops to support creative practice and collaboration across sectors
We’re here to uplift, connect, and champion creative professionals—and we want you to help shape how we do that.
Questions? Feel free to get in touch email us hello@cabn.info
We’d love to have you on board.
