National Theatre of Scotland | Engine Room : Grounding, Borders Roadshow
Dates and times: 17 – 19 September 2019 in Hawick, Peebles and Duns
In September Engine Room Producer Anna Hodgart and National Theatre of Scotland Dramaturg Rosie Kellagher will be on the road in the Scottish Borders and are keen to meet artists of all backgrounds. The Engine Room : Grounding is part three of the NTS four Engine Room Seasons for 2019.
Whether you’re a playwright, a theatre maker, a musician, a spoken word artist or a visual artist with an interest in live performance, we want to meet you! For the full timetable please download pdf here.
We’re also thrilled that Artist in Residence Nic Green will join us, offering a special workshop exploring her inter-disciplinary practice; and Eve Nicol, director of The Drift will share her experience working as both a director and playwright and across different art forms.
Gather with fellow writers and National Theatre of Scotland Dramaturg Rosie Kellagher for a cup of tea or coffee. A chance to share what you are working on, what is inspiring you, and ask questions to Rosie and your peers. Deadline to book: Monday 16 September.

Join award-winning performance maker and National Theatre of Scotland Artist in Residence, Nic Green, for a practical workshop exploring her practice and approaches to making new work, with a specific focus on cross-disciplinary and physical and visual approaches.
